Ajay spent the first 15 years of his career working in the Telecoms and IT sector as a Programme Manager. He started his career at IBM and then spent 11 years at BT PLC. Ajay had a career change in 2017 and entered the world of education working as a Year 6 form tutor, Computing and Business teacher at Holme Grange School. He spent the last  couple of years as the Director of Digital Strategy supporting  a variety of IT programmes including SharePoint implementation and the rollout of 1:1 devices.
